A heavy obelisk made of clear glass internally decorated with a twisted zanfirico cane in pink. Most probably designed by Charles Lyn Tissot for Venini in the 1960s. Unsigned.

Under the artistic directions of Vittorio Zecchin the Vetri Soffiati Cappellin Venini & C. become the whiz kid of the golden 1920s. Over the decades, countless world-renowned artists like Napoleone Martinuzzi, Carlo Scarpa, Tomaso Buzzi, Fulvio Bianconi, Tuni Zuccheri, Thomas Stearns, Toots Zynski or Ettore Sottsass have enthusiastically worked for Venini, designing something very special with each of their new techniques and designs. The creations of Venini where honored with several awards. Till today Venini is one of the leading art glass manufacturies on Murano.
