A rare antique set of 2 knives and 2 forks. The handles are made of deer horn and decorated with handcarved animals like deer, wild boar, hare or stag hound. The ends of the handles feature a carved acorn. Tines and blades are made of galvanized metal. Manufactured in Germany in the first half of the 19th century. This type of cutlery was used by hunters or travelling salesmen on their trips. Good condition with traces of use according to the old age.
