Vintage 16ft. Conference Table by Florence Knoll for Knoll International 1950s
Item e8222

Rare monumental conference table from the mid-century modern period. The exceptionally long tabletop features a warm-toned walnut veneer with a continuous grain pattern, emphasizing its refined and architectural presence. The two part table is supported by three pairs of minimalist T-shaped legs made of black-lacquered square steel tubing. A classic example of Mid-Century Modern design, combining organic materials with industrial elements, originally conceived as part of Florence Knoll’s 'total design' approach to modern office interiors. Very good vintage condition with some minor traces of use.

Knoll International is one of the most influential manufacturers of modern design, known for collaborating with leading architects and designers of the 20th century. The table reflects the principles of the International Style and Mid-Century Modern era—defined by functional clarity, clean lines, and the harmonious combination of natural and industrial materials.
