A large uneven 12 pointer Black Forest deer trophy from the palace of Salem in South Germany. The deer was shot by a member of the lordly family of Baden in 1903. A handwritten inscriptions on the skull with place of the hunt, family crest and date. Mounted on a nice wooden plaque with burned-in family crest on the back. Good condition.
