A very large stuffed African water buffalo from a noble estate in Austria. It has great horns and is mounted on a hand-carved wooden plaque, early 20th century, good condition with traces of old age. On the back with lable of the taxidermist: Brothers Hodek, Vienna Austria. Measures of the wooden plaque: height 44' inches (112 cm), width 31' inches (78 cm).
