A set of six antique Black Forest deer trophies on wooden plaques with dark brown finsh. Orginating from the stately home of Palace Salem in South Germany. All trophies were shot by members of the family of Margrave Maximilian of Baden around 1870. With inventary numbers and paper lables on the back with handwritten inscriptions (date, place of the hunt and the hunter - in antique German letters). Very good original condition, paint on the plaques partly rubbed off.
