A rare vintage light fixture designed by Prof. Wilhelm Wagenfeld for Peill & Putzler, Germany in 1952.
The name of this design is "Hera".  It features a white opaline glass diffuser, a second diffuser with a frosted mesh decor and a metal ceiling mount and socket. The lamp is in working condition. Smaller signs of age and use might be visible. The inner diffuser has a piece of glass broken off (see pictures) - not visible when the lamp is monted. The mount has an E27 standard bulb -up to max. 100 watt (110 or 230 volt) socket.
