a rare hunter´s pipe attributed to Lebrecht Wilhem Schulz. the pipe is made of original horns from the stag and the deer. the very elaborate carved hunting scenes with deer, wild boar and staghounds decorate bowl, base and cover. Meiningen, Thüringen, Germany first half of the 19th century. Lebrecht Wilhelm Schulz (1774 - 1863) was a famous carver of horn pipes at the beginning of the 19th century. historically mentioned art works are among other two horn pipes which he paid homage to the winners of Waterloo - Wellington and von Blücher.
