a big carved wood deer head with beet, mounted on a carved wood plaque. original antlers. executed ca. 1800. the head comes from the roof gable of a hunting lodge, and due to that the painting came off and he looks weathered. width ear to ear 22.44" inches (57 cm); plaque 16.93"x13.39" inches (43x34 cm).
